About the people limit. The people figure on each plan is a hard limit, not a courtesy: at the cap the next person is refused with a 402 that names the plan, the cap and the count in use. The refusal happens before anything is written, so nothing you are already running is cut off — you simply cannot add the next one until you move up a plan or remove one.

Refunds. Cancel a monthly plan at any time; the current billing period is not refunded, but we'll make it right case-by-case for a genuine billing error or service failure — reach out at the address above. No long-term contract, no cancellation fee.
